Cancellation and Refunds
Tickets are normally sold on a non-refundable or exchange basis. However, as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, if you purchased tickets for the May 2020 Festival, prior to the autumn 2020 Festival tickets going on sale on 3 April 2020, those tickets will allow you to gain entry to the same event, on the new date, at the Autumn Festival (September 25th – October 3rd, 2020).
If you are unable to make the Autumn Festival, you may transfer the tickets to an event, of the same value, to May 2021 Festival (May 7th -15th), or you can choose to donate the value of your tickets to the Fowey Festival.
In the event that the Autumn Festival does not proceed, as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, the value of your tickets purchased for Autumn Festival, will have the face value automatically transferred as a credit, to the May 2021 Festival. NB all tickets purchased from April 3rd 2020, for the Autumn Festival will be treated and a non refundable donation.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your event. Please note that your ticket will specify the venue of your event so please allow plenty of time to arrive 15 minutes before the start of a performance. It is not always possible to admit latecomers as it may disturb the performance.
Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro are accepted. Please provide a card number, issue number, expiry date, security code, name and address of the card holder through the secure payment with Square Payments. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
