TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing tickets from The Du Maurier Festival Society you agree to the terms and conditions set out below:
- You must show your event ticket on arrival before entry to the event.
- Tickets are sold on a non-refundable or exchange basis.
- If you are no longer able to attend you may transfer your ticket, but we cannot exchange tickets for another event.
- We reserve the right to amend or make reasonable changes to the event programme, including the rescheduling of events.
- Should an event be cancelled you will be offered a full refund, minus the processing fee when purchased. You will be notified of any cancellations via the email used when booking.
- The Du Maurier Festival Society does not accept any liability or responsibility for your attendance at the event.
- Late arrivals – If you arrive late for an event we will do our best to accommodate you but if this is not possible then we regret no refunds can be given.
- By attending the event you acknowledge that some filming and photography may take place and may be used by the charity on social media and other platforms. If you do not wish to be included please make this clear on arrival at the venue.
- We will not share your details with any third party.
