To celebrate the publication of Petroc Trelawny’s Classical Music Puzzle Book (published October 9th) and his best-selling memoir Trelawny’s Cornwall, the Festival is delighted to present a Festival fundraising quiz evening with Petroc and the brilliant and renowned musician-entertainer Richard Sisson. Rounds will include Cornish general knowledge, favourite pieces of classical music, great artists and composers and Cornish history, geography and culture. Richard will provide clues at the keyboard, and there will be a chance for a sing-a-long as well. After papers have been marked and the winner announced, stay for another drink, chat with friends old and new, and of course, Petroc will be happy to chat and sign copies of his books, both of which make the perfect Christmas gift. Join the quiz with a friend, in a small group, or if you are super confident, join in solo! The festival bar will be open throughout the event, where you will also be able to purchase tickets for our Christmas raffle. Doors open 7pm.
